The quality of high-level services has to be constantly checked and verified. This is a basic prerequisite for a successful positioning in the market and maintaining customer satisfaction. That is why service providers make use of our quality measurement and evaluation systems to have their quality standards, level of service and various internal production processes checked.
In order to guarantee an objective and representative measurement of quality, we are supported on a daily basis by panel members from around the world, who have been specially recruited for these specific tasks.
These panel members have agreed to participate in ad hoc measurements or long-term studies and the quality of the panel members’ data is naturally checked on a regular basis.
When carrying out our studies, we make use of different target group-specific panels and we are constantly on the lookout for prospective panel members who can be specifically used in national or international studies.
