Quotas monitors transit time and receipt of domestic bulk mail in Germany
The Deutsche Post AG awarded Quotas with a renewed contract for an on-going transit time and receipt measurement from 2010 to 2012.
This contract is made up of 100 single annual projects in close co-operation with various major Deutsche Post customers. It is monitored whether all bulk mail pieces are delivered to the adressee and whether the transit time target of 4 working days is reached. This measurement system allows postal customers to monitor their postal delivery service in an objective and independent manner. For this purpose, an annual number of 250,000 test mail pieces is integrated in real bulk mailings of major postal customers. The measurement results of each bulk mailing are provided to both Deutsche Post and the respective bulk mail customer.
The extension of the contract shows the continuing confidence in the Quotas work by both Deutsche Post and their major customers in the area of bulk mail quality monitoring.
